Tranquilty is an impossible feat
Recently i lose my mood easily, i don't know what i am doing so i did a research on how to manage my moodswings better so i did research to get myself back on track
here are the new tips i learn
1. think positively at all time
2. maintains composure at all times
3. breathe in and out
4. finally get a grip of yourself and emotions :))
Simple right??
